Are your wax melts safe to use around cats and dogs?

Yes! All Ease-E Melts wax melts are formulated without essential oils and synthetic fragrances known to be harmful to pets. Our blends are pet-friendly by design — so you can enjoy a beautiful-smelling home without worry.

What should I do if my pet ingests a wax melt?

Our melts are made with non-toxic ingredients, however not designed for ingestion so if your curious furry-baby does ingest one, we recommend contacting your vet immediately for peace of mind. Please keep products out of reach of curious paws just to be safe!

Are your room spritzes safe around animals?

Absolutely. Our spritzes are free from harsh chemicals and toxins. Simply avoid spraying directly onto your pet or their bedding, and allow the mist to settle before letting them back into the room.

How to Use

How do I use the wax melts?

Pop one or two of our melts into a wax warmer and switch it on/ light your tea light — it's that simple. As the wax gently heats, it releases fragrance and neutralises odours. 

How do I use the room spritzes?

Shake the bottle, then spritz 2–3 times into the air or onto soft furnishings (avoid delicate fabrics). It's perfect for a quick refresh between wax melt sessions.

How do I clean my wax warmer?

Once the wax has cooled and hardened, simply pop it out (of one of our liners) or use a cotton ball to absorb the warm liquid wax before it sets (taking care as the wax may still be hot). Give the dish a quick wipe with a dry cloth and it's ready for your next melt.

Scent & Longevity

How long do the wax melts last?

Each melt gives approximately 8–12 hours of fragrance, depending on your warmer, room and wax melt size. We recommend changing your melt when the scent fades — the wax itself won't evaporate like a candle.

Do your products actually eliminate pet odours or just mask them?

Both! Our formula is designed to neutralise odour molecules at the source, not just cover them up. Say goodbye to that "pet smell" and hello to a genuinely fresh home.

Are the fragrances long-lasting in the room?

Yes — our scents are blended to linger beautifully without being overpowering. Most customers notice fragrance for several hours after the warmer is switched off.

Do you ship across the UK?

Yes, we ship throughout the UK. Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 working days, with standard delivery taking 2–4 working days.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your Ease-E Melts. If you're not happy with your order, please contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll do our best to make it right.

My order arrived damaged — what should I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please get in touch with us at [your email] within 48 hours and include a photo. We'll arrange a replacement or refund straight away.
