At Ease-E Melts, we aim to deliver your order quickly, safely, and with care. Please read our shipping information below before placing your order.
Where we ship
We currently ship within the UK ONLY.
Delivery Methods
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
You can choose from:
- Royal Mail 2nd Class - Estimated delivery 3-5 working days
- Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Estimated delivery 2 working days from dispatch
Delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.
We will always aim to get orders out as soon as possible.
Processing Times
We aim to dispatch in-stock items within 3-5 working days.
During busy periods, this may be slightly longer, but we will always work as quickly as possible.
Pre-Orders & Made-to-Order Items
These items require additional time. Estimated dispatch times will be shown on the product page, and you will be updated once your order is on the way.
Local Delivery/Collection
We do not currently offer delivery or collection.
Lost, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or doesn't arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
We will offer a replacement or refund providing:
- The item is returned in it's original packaging
- The item is unopened and unused.
- The issue is reported within 7 days.
Please note:
This does not apply to made-to-order, personalised, or specifically requested items.
Returns & Refunds (Shipping Fees)
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
However, if you reach out to us, we will always do our best to find a solution and help you where possible.
